SALES & MARKETING MANAGER REQUIRED
FOR A DYNAMIC AMERICAN THEMED RESTAURANT

Responsible to the European Sales & Marketing Director

General Duties:

• Key day to day sales operations and administrative needs of the department
• Promoting Planet Hollywood with Area Hotels, Meeting Planners/Venue finders, Local Company Groups, Corporate clients and other relevant groups to that location.
• Maximise sales revenue and establish partnerships with area attractions and other hospitality industry leaders
• Create promotions that drive business for the unit
• Assist with Annual Marketing Plan and create Corporate Business – 90 Day Action Plan on how to maximise revenue and sales based on current Marketing Trends
• Create a positive guest experience and provide quality service through detailed event planning
• Reporting weekly activities and sales goals
• Regularly conduct marketing plans accordingly. These will include, but not limited to evaluation of the following: Tourism/Hospitality industry media and publications, area competitor’s product and prices, and City Visitor statistics and market trends

Requirements:

• Minimum three years in the Hospitality/Restaurant industry with management experience in catering and sales
• Excellent Computer skills
• Excellent written communication, verbal communication and organisational skills
• Ability to travel as needed
• Ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends
• Ability to conduct site inspections
• Public speaking experience a plus

Location: Planet Hollywood Restaurant & Bar, 57 Haymarket, London, SW1Y 4QX

Full time position:  40 hours per week Monday to Friday. Although must be flexible to work weekends or evenings when required.

Salary: GBP 31,000pa dependent on experience
